The news about the radio station was released in the spring. As, the volume and pps have shown since then, potential investors didn't need time to grasp anything. They just didn't care about it. The same could be said about the deal announced weeks ago. There is a big difference between not grasping and not caring. No substantive Lisenby accomplishments = no chance for significant gains in the stock.
