KCG - Someone has leaked the SEC findings, IMO. NITE waited 2 months to let investors know that they were in the hot seat. In the last two and a half months, I am sure they have received many communications from the SEC, and possibly even know what the ruling is, or will be.
What a bunch of manipulative scum!
The journalists on their payroll need to be exposed also.
