Interestingly at exact same time I put my bid in via CSTI at .0027, someone puts in 200K at .003 exact same time...
Well more like after I was done filling the order form but before hit confirm button. It's almost look like they know my order was to be placed. I notice few times already about this stock. The computer/software they have can't possibly know the order in advance do they? Can Java stuff give them that capacity? Just few mili seconds advantages is all they need.
