I agree with you Krony !!!!! I cannot not believe the stock price isn't at a bare minumum 3 cents a share. And that is EXTREMELY conservative.

But without more frequent, positive PR's, dilution keeps a lid over the stock, and as months go by and the O/S continues to keep increasing ... the NEXT option for the CEO becomes a R/S.

Sure - HE makes out fine because he's building his business - ON THE BACKS OF INVESTORS THAT GET LEFT HOLDING THE BAG.

On-going dilution is what shorts look for when sniffing blood, you realize.
