Barge: You are correct. The mockerage quotient is directly related to the share price.

Even if Wave was completely mishandled in every way, but found itself making lots of money, if the share price was decent, not many would complain.

The disparity between the share price and expectations is certainly in high contrast by all the fanciful talk of LearJets, a $1K+ share price and 200 forward splits, etc.

When the share price is 65 cents, it's hard to argue convincingly there is a huge upside. Particularly, after the past quarterly results and the absurd performance by the CEO trying to pretend nothing was something.

I think naturally, a little mockery would be in order.

Binary - Hi barge,

I think you may have missed the post dig was responding to.

There are many possibilities. A person who chooses between them, as if the choice is binary, is creating a loyalty test. For the company or against it.

If you want to consider Wave, you don't choose between perspectives, selecting the positive ones and setting aside the negative ones. You seek to understand them all, to absorb them all, to recognise the strengths and the weaknesses, the risks and the rewards.

There's nothing magic about trying to understand what Wave is trying to do. We all have some idea - to the level of detail that is required to form an opinion.

The real question is whether wave is going to achieve its goals and when. And that is a question about the appearance of demand. Which is an unknown.

Some folks think they see birds. Others think they spot the ancient mariner flitting about.
