I think the business model for WDRP has been explained to Us, and I believe it is appropriate, based on the size of WDRP right now in terms of Personnel and Capital. For several years now, WDRP has been consistent with their view that it was the Technology that would drive their business. They said, a long while back, that they were going to design a Tankless Water Heater to encase the Technology and allow it to be sold via select Distribution Channels because : 1. They felt that they could penetrate the market via the Tankless Water Heater and they could get their technology noticed, and 2. They didn't want the Unit to sit on a store shelf in a Big Box Store going unnoticed, and felt that if they sold it through select Distribution then the Product could get direct exposure and get pushed onto Customers. Next, they do not have Large Capital Resources ( or any for that fact ), so they are attempting to Line up a Manufacturer who will Produce the Units and Absorb the Initial Costs so WDRP does not have to take on Large amounts of Debt so early on in the Business. Next, and I know some here have made an issue of this, but there is no issue at all and it goes back to the beginning of this Post. It is the Technology ( the manner in which Water is Heated ) that matters - Not a Tankless Water Heater - in this sense. The Technology ( If it is truly Efficient as WDRP claims ) is a transferrable Technology. WDRP is not developing a Tankless Water Heater ( that has already been done ) - instead they are trying to Develop an entirely new way to Heat Water. And if they are successful - The Technology can be transferred to any Industry or area of business that heats water whether it be a Sauna or Sports Arena or Submarine. If WDRP has what they claim, then WDRP (as it stands in terms of Personnel and Capital ) would have no ability to build large scale Heat Engines to supply water for a submarine or Stadium - but by Contracting with an Established Manufacturer - WDRP can theoretically start taking Orders once The technology has been Proved, Tested, and a Manufacturer has been selected. We all have bought Items which were "Shipped directly from the Manufacturer." Here too WDRP solves a big problem - Inventory and Distribution. The selected Manufacturer can take on this task as well. Now when Orders come in from Distributors or Large Clients ( etc.. Stadiums ) , WDRP notifies the Manufacturer - who builds the Unit and then ships the Unit. The Purchaser pays WDRP the retail Cost and then WDRP pays the Manufacturer for the Production, and Shipping. This business model is nothing new and is in place all around the world today. Where WDRP has to focus its Business ( once the Unit is Completed, Proved, Tested, and ready to Manufacturer ) is on Exposure. A Sales Force will need to be established to support the selected Distributors and get the Technology out into the Public Vernacular. But in the end all of this means Nothing , Unless WDRP has what they claim. GLTA - GW323
