my guess is and this is just my guess, APDN doesn't want to jump the gun with the DLA...it let's the DLA to be in the driver's seat when it comes to the PR's regarding the mandate..we know the DLA is enforcing the mandate and plans on expanding the DNA tagging requierment...after November 15 all potential bidders have to provide evidence of compliance with the DNA marking requirement...if companies want to do business with DLA they also have to do business with APDN...this is giving me confidence that PRs about contracts will come...I suspect there will be one big PR about the mandate related contracts but most likely without mentioning names and money amount..just that (for example) dozen suppliers implemented DNA tagging in their facilities and we continue to respond to new RFQs...and then will learn about financials in early December...
