"if the debt holders wanted to sell into the bid, crush the price, and convert at a more favorable price, they obviously didn't do that." for this reason and that 10.5million shares are just too many shares for the debtors to hold at any one time, leads me to believe that these shares were not debtors conversion...also for them to convert this many shares, they would have to have had zero shares before the split and the volume just doesn't show that.
