rather than more expensive, you could say "less lucrative". and i agree, if the debt holders wanted to sell into the bid, crush the price, and convert at a more favorable price, they obviously didn't do that.

so maybe these shares weren't issued to debt holders, OR... maybe the debt holders don't want to mess up our chart.

Why would convert post split at a higher price?? We closed a .006/.06 pre split..the PPS has been much higher since the split which would make their conversion much more expensive..
