do u think the third party investor is desparate or they are trying to punish this company to acquire them completely and take them private. Some financier ask for some insurance in case the stock hit a certain price say .005. They then get either more shares or be given the IP rights for their company. Iv'e seen IRONRIDGE do those type of financing deals before.
