You'd have to go through the filings.

Or at least, check all the Qs to see the increases.

That's why on the boards I mod, you'll often see the history of O/S increases, and not just the last Q's.

That way, the dilution is documented and it's not as easy to blame the drops in sp on shorting.

If you do go back through the increases, post them, ok?

Before I sign off iHub tonight, I thought I'd take a quick peak at the filings.

From the 10K .....

On December 31, 2011 there were 61,800,000 shares of the registrant’s Common Stock issued and outstanding and held by approximately 27 shareholders, two of which are deemed affiliates within the meaning of Rule 12b-2 under the Exchange Act

By Mar 31, the 10Q showed the O/S Had increased to 185,000,000.

Obviously, some of those 123,000,000 additional shares are the ones that you're seeing being dumped into the market.
