bus traded 7 M shares already. Volume for day is going to be 30+M day like upswing. How low do they trade today. I traded my short calls 175 MAR for MAR 10 short calls after news broke. Single digits is just a matter of time if this is fresh view from FTC not San Jose newpaper report rehash.

No offense, but I still think you're letting your personal bias interfere with objectivity here. Who's to say that the FTC cannot decide patent issues, especially if they think it's closely tied to fair trade issues? It's obvious you think they're overstepping their bounds, but does anyone else besides us "little people"?

Don't get me wrong, I still agree with your views. I just don't want to be one of those left holding the bag after the crooks do their thing. (Thank God I'm not on RMBS at the moment.)
