Because the FTC has no business of deciding patent issues...IMTO. They decide fair trade issues. Yet, a breach of $12.40 has occurred. So one needs to look at the technical here, but if $12.40 holds on the next assault down, I think that single digits may be delayed or even avoided. I am just watching him back under $13...
