Anyone who believes in physics or just in common sense can do the minimal DD required to understand that perpetual motion machines -and the so-called Perendev motor is one, because magnets can't do work - cannot and do not exist, except for the purpose of fleecing gullible victims.
In that sense, the Perendev motor is the same as the WDRP water heater or whatever it's being described as now - a simple device for removing money from marks and giving it to crooks.
And in that sense they both work very well, sadly.
