Actually the market dropped today, acct. of the falling economy in Germany, which the market, has been depending on Germany, to bail out the other European countries.
It had nothing to do with the Grid Lock in Washington, Grid Lock has been around for decade's.
On a brighter note Oil dropped, somewhere around 5 percent today, which is great for all American's.
I guess the FEAR has dwindled, the market is up!!KCG is a criminal European co with untold SEC charges and fines. More will come out of the "supposed" computer glitch with the ongoing investigation.
