I agree with you...and what did James get in return for relinquishing his shares? Is he that financially well off that he can afford to do that? What is really going on behind the scenes that hasn't been shared with 'us' stockholders...where is the real 'transparency?'

I see your point there, lets look st it a couple ways,

1st possibly Some things came to light during the past month that led to Don not wanting James involved anymore. -- I believe we all might have an idea what I mean by that in light of the recent conversation about james. Don might not have known who or what james really was at that point instead just as we all thought intially about james. We all thought he was something he wasn't it took us alittle while to find out who and what he was and well I can see that as this came together quickly.

2nd maybe he had to continue the relations until he recieved the stock back and well stay on good terms to get the certs back quickly, without spending alot of extra cash on legal fees, so lets just keep him involved long enough as needed to get the stock certs back with little or no hassle.


Those are just two of my theories on why the pr's were put out like they were.
