I hope you're right about initiating the Phase III this year, I really don't expect it till 1st quarter of next. I agree with your others and also believe we could hear about Cancer Cachexia by 2nd or 3rd quarter of next year.

It's the norm in biotechs for delays to result in forecasts not quite being met. What's important is that we get some positive news, though not every drug they create can possibly be successful. We may need to take the bitter with the sweet, but we do need some of the sweet. Many of the drugs we have under development are potentially blockbusters, we don't need them all, but we do need one, eventually.
