That is partly true only, so as a whole, your post is incorrect...a half truth.
The money was a small part of our decision to only use our Q's and K to announce the share structure. Q's and the K tell the entire story of where we are. This is because they include the reason for any change.
Monthly fluctuations not backed up with documents of why there may be changes in share amounts do not tell the entire story.
If you have an issue with our corporate practice of only referring to the Q's and K, you should not invest in our company.
