According to the company web site this company has more lines of business than General Electric.

IDS is currently active in such MAJOR growth segments, as Biometric Security, Outsourcing, Bio-Medical Products, Entertainment (CD/DVD manufacturing and packaging), Sporting Goods, Nationwide Security operations, Offshore Plastic Product Manufacturing, International Sales, Call Centers, and US Based Order Fulfillment for Infomercial based marketing campaigns.

I'm not concerned with how it was acquired. If, it concerns you so much...why not ask him yourself. I'm concerned with getting a my dividend, seeing IDWS's pps continue to improve and the rest of this new public company succeed.

When...and IMO will be when...this company gets to the a fully reporting exchange, we should know a lot more.

Until then, let the shorts rot...and let the other folks who don't own shares kick themselves as the pps here continues to go up. Good things take some time. I can wait. We'll see how long any short position can wait.

If, they (the shorts) have to pay a CASH DIVIDEND TO SHAREHOLDERS...THEY'RE NOT GONNA WANNA BE SHORT THIS STOCK AT ALL.
