right now the float is owned by three elements: mason & other insiders, debt holders, plus retail folks like me and the other bulls. it's been a tight float lately. the price is rising now. the OS is checked often at the TA, and is not moving at all. that's a fact.

we bulls voted for the split, we like mason, we think he's going to create shareholder value.

we also believe mustang island's oil will collateralize a loan to pay off ALL CONVERTIBLE DEBT, which would make your point moot.

Since you know that the "market isn't stupid" what valuation would you give this company?? 1.75mil, 1.5mil, 1mill, 4mill, 6mill...

Currently we are at 2 million and given all that the company has going for, this is chips..
