right now the float is owned by three elements: mason & other insiders, debt holders, plus retail folks like me and the other bulls. it's been a tight float lately. the price is rising now. the OS is checked often at the TA, and is not moving at all. that's a fact.
we bulls voted for the split, we like mason, we think he's going to create shareholder value.
we also believe mustang island's oil will collateralize a loan to pay off ALL CONVERTIBLE DEBT, which would make your point moot.
