Sunny,I have owned many dividend paying stocks on the nyse.What usually happens is when a x date is given the stock price runs up into that date usually about the value of the divy.Then when it is paid it comes back down to level off.I invested in reits years ago when they were hot and that was how they always played out.So my thoughts are based on previous divy stocks is that it will rise higher into the x date since the divy is at least .87.Took a small position just because I am interested to see how this plays out.
