Trops, I am a little unknowleadgeable about Div's. Would you are someone else be able to fill me in?

If the Divy share is worth .87 pps. Will it stay at that rate all the time. So as when you sell it, it will sell at .87 ??? Does the reg stock we own have any effect on the DIvy, or are they seperate?

Is there a way to figure how many shares will the holders get with a 3% of 40 mil.

Or am I completely off on this whole divy thing??
