Among neurotoxins, Botox had a 95% (!) US market share in therapeutic indications and an 82% US market share in cosmetic indications during 2Q12, the most recent quarter for which market-share data are available. (Source: AGN 3Q12 CC.) Dysport, Xeomin, and Myobloc make up the rest of the US market.

Xeomin’s US market share has been artificially low due to the court injunction that runs until 11/1/12 for therapeutic indications and 1/9/13 for cosmetic indications (#msg-80110811).

By comparison, AGN’s Botox sales in 3Q12 (a seasonally weak quarter) were $432M, almost 6x Dysport. (AGN reports 4Q12 results on Feb 5.)
