Good points for sure. HBRM is no doubt going through growing pains,they certainly can use a partner with deep pockets to help this rapid growth in the Company because IMHO 2013 is gonna be very demanding for all their products so keeping up with demand is gonna really put the company to the test,they need $$$ to keep up. So yea IMHO an outside partner is needed here
