Cliffs Natural Resources Inc. today announced that its Board of Directors declared a quarterly cash dividend on the Company's common shares of $0.625 per share. The cash dividend will be payable on Dec. 3, 2012, to shareholders of record as of the close of business on Nov. 23, 2012.

At the current share price, the annualized dividend of $2.50 represents a yield of 7.0%!
