MIHL and U.S.Oil & Refining

This is the first that a connection was made between MIHL and U.S.Oil&Ref.
I thought it was Montague making the acquisition. Why U.S.Oil which is not public.
Where is U.S.Oil mentioned in the company disclosures.
Cannot find a website for U.S.Oil.
