The BiOil, owner of Biodiesel refinery in Riga Latvia, had transferred to US Oil & Refining Co an MIHL (wholly owned subsidiary of MIHL) – 90% of all outstanding shares in the company. The deal is valued at approximately US$8 million dollars.
