I also tend to agree with you amj23, in that if they raise money before any news, then some of the more skeptical investors will be hesitant to exercise share rights if they're afraid they are throwing good money in after bad.
I think these skeptical investors will be more on the page if they knew we had a partner in Kenya and would be more likely to exercise those stock rights thereby raising the money that ERHC needs.
If ERHC is waiting to raise money first and then go after the partners in Kenya, then they may not raise as much money as hoped from the skeptical investors. But announcing a Kenya deal would pull in ALL investors, including the "show me what I'm funding exactly" investors.
