At this point it is almost better to wait until after the end of the year. Trying to raise money from retail shareholders around the holidays is a very bad idea in general and especially in this economy. I was hoping ERHC could get this going quickly like they said they would and avoid the holidays. That hope is fading. Despite the fact that we were told over and over again at the shareholders meeting that the plan was to do this quickly, it looks like that hasn't happened. If we don't hear something next week then we will definitley be well into December at the earliest for the final acceptance date of the rights offering.
Is it too much to expect that proper consideration would be given to the timing of this offering?
