Thanks for your reply.

Unfortunately, picking out past quarters is what I wanted to do. I was interested in looking back at current and old filings to get a feeling for the ratio of the average price the company sold shares at compared to the average market price. I wanted to see how this "dicount ratio" was changing with time.
