in 5 years 4.5 million dollars has been raised and spent..

what has that money accomplished?

How was the money raised..

the Outstanding shares went from 750 million to
4.5 billion..

the float has gone from 225 million to 1.5 billion

Fully diluted shares including converted preferred and warrants are over the total authorized shares of 6 billion

That is More shares than Walmart or EXON-MOBIL
