I don't believe all brokers require $2.50 per share. There are several retail groups that do short pennies e.g Sy*es'. With SRGE i don't believe it is retail with a huge short position..never said it had. It is NITE and ETRF that have shorted the crappola out of SRGE starting in February from .009 and manipulated PPS down to trips. I have seen this on a daily basis on L2. This is MY opinion!!!
