We are reading the same words. I claim they are twisting them and that I am making a proper interpretation. Of course, I make mistakes and can be wrong, but I am not intentionally "twisting" (i.e. making the words say something other than what they mean).

Of course, to determine who is "twisting" and who is "correctly interpreting", you have to read the words for yourself and legitimately study them. You can't just do a google search and assume the website has done a proper study.

As I told mtnlady, I believe you have to have good biblical hermeneutics (the study of the methodological principles of interpretation) in order to have good exegesis. The quest for truth is not something that you want to take lightly.
