AONE QUESTIONS?? Why did Wanxiang Group Corp offered A123 Systems $465 mln to rescue AONE??

Note That offer of $465 Million was in Mid-August 2012 when the PPS was .40 cents.


The question is why did Wanxiang Group Corp wait until the PPS was under .10 to buy 82,000,000 Million Shares?

Why would they buy 82 Million shares if they might worth nothing if the company does Go Bankrupt?

Why not just offer a direct BUYOUT for the entire company or parts of the company? The 25% share ownership will not give them sufficient majority rights!

Wanxiang Group Corp - invested just $8 Million worth of shares - why now? Why buy shares?

If the stock went just back to .40 cents they would have made over $32 million.

My speculation is that Wanxiang Group Corp knows something is in the cookbooks that will make AONE be a darling of a play for those under .10 cents --
