I'm sure there are people/entities with much greater resources for finding out information on this deal. And I don't believe they have been interested. Maybe for good reason? That is why I have been skeptical. This latest info may prove one of the risks involved in owning this stock (at higher prices). It may not. Time will tell.

Wonder what the ratio of share exchange will be. Sure would be nice to find out why the other company is involved. Traders seem to be asking questions later looking at the trading today.
