Well, there is going to be some sort of share exchange, so investors in APKN will inevitably end up owning shares of JAQC, both companies will consolidate under one name Rafarma Pharmaceuticals.
This is a little disconcerting for me personally and I'll tell you why. We wondered for a long time why insiders were not buying JAQC or at the very least putting bids in and it seems pretty clear why now.....because they were buying up APKN instead. It was cheaper and allowed then to still get shares of JAQC. Why pay .50+ cents when you can buy for subpennies.
You can see from reading through the posts of iHubbers who look specifically for pre-event loading, like the Pro Traders Forum guys, that they spotted this accumulation early on. They knew someone was loading up on APKN, which was a "stop" sign company with no communications and no filings, but they didn't know why....now we know.
