lazyazzdaddy, why debate what I already know is fact, Ill just watch it play out, as I said, I believe that the Trademark application is just 1 tactic of a larger strategy.

Note: USPTO Examiner amended the the Application to a Trademark(as I said they would), and added International G&S Class Code 011.

The USPTO Gazette is published weekly, so the THCs Trademark for Cannacig should be published soon, then there is a 30 day period for somebody to challenge the registration in a Federal Administrative Court Hearing(this could prove pretty entertaining if RFMKs braintrust, the 1 which dropped the ball in the 1st place on this, actually decides to challenge it), and if there is no successfull challenge, THC only need to start using the term in commerce and it will be registered to them, who knows, maybe THC will be nice enough to sell or license use of the Trademark to RFMK, ROTFLOL!!!!
