Kenco, no offence but your sister and "hubby" OPINIONS mean absolutely nothing to me.. I am talking about facts.. As I said,you have your facts WRONG! This is easily verifiable and I again suggest doing your DD on this..

There is plenty of information covering this on the USPTO site..I'd start there..

If you would like to present FACTS I will debate this further, otherwise I am done repeating myself..
