My ears were ringing so i thought i'd read some posts (ggg). Although i share some of your bullishness i doubt that we spend more than 30 days in the rest of 2003 above the 200ma. I certainly dont feel we are about to launch a new bull market. My upside targets remain at 1060 by march 5th and a max of 1100 by March 21st. That should mark the last time the index is that high (if it gets there) for the next year imo.
