Augie,

My post to Steve last week about breaking through the 200 day MA on the NDX was about a week premature.We are sitting on it right now(1010)and in my opinion are about to break through and not look back for a couple years.We have the highest percentage of bears by individual investors since 1990.The third time through will be the charm.
