hi Tom sadly have to agree! Gold at high Peaks !! Valuable Gold claims!!? Cant be genuine would have sold!! Plus Lowenthal told me he wants nothing to do with FFGO!! So total Scammers they are!!
Well, while I have the utmost sympathy with your desire to sue everyone involved with FFGO until you have their testicles in a formaldehyde-filled mason jar on your desk. However, these guys are pretty clever when it comes to running scams.
I don't think that you can expect Lumb & Co. to ever set foot in the USA, and attempting to nail them in a UK or South African court promises to be a nightmare.
Consider the longer the FFGO/NMGL scam is pushed out, the less the impact it will have of lawsuits to the company or owners. Why? because FFGO shareholders will leave, some wil write off their losses, and over time there will be very few FFGO shareholders left in the actual investment. Makes one wonder if FFGO/NMGL/Lumb/Ronald/Peter are hiring "employees" to continuly promise "soon" to keep long shareholders from filiong lawsuits while time passes on with FFGO/NMGL?
Are the shorts hiring "employees" to continually state "Never" to convince long shareholders to take 100% losses so the shorts could cover?
Correction -- the dividend has not yet been paid. The preferred shares are still there in Western Diversified.
WE ARE THE BIGGEST GOLD PEAK IN HISTORY, AND THEY COULDN'T SELL ANYT GOLD? YEAH, IT'S A SCAM.
Sure they can sell it. Gold's run north is not even close to over. Obama and Romney with both spend the US into fiscal oblivion, and quantitative ease to infinity, sending gold higher no matter what. The bull run on gold has only begun. It is in Ron Lowenthal's best interest to wait.
The game is not over, despite the persistence of certain individuals to convince others to write off their shares for tax purposes.
