Unfortunately I don't have the answer. If however, as Mlsoft has implied, there could be tarriffs involved at some future time to stem the tide...I would be very concerned of a backlash that's not only entirely economic in nature.

Were you joking or not. The nursing shortage is go acute that they recruit in the Philipines extensively. There is even a publicly traded company that I forget the name that provides these foreign nurses to the hospitals.
