My statement was in reply to the quote that I had put at the bottom of my message. Please read it again. There are plenty of people that fall into that category to include people that have been on death row. (check Texas for examples) All court rulings can be appealed and overturned at a different level of courts in any court case, be it criminal or civil. I have my 'proof' and am content with my findings. I am done with this topic. EOM
