Mark - I think it was perfectly clear.....and VERY consistent with what many of the posters on RB have posted.

1. foreign traded GEM securities CANNOT be traded via any
DOMESTIC house until after a minimum of 40 days on market.
(this is EXACTLY what Schwab told me months ago)

2. trading GEM shares via domestic house (ipo shares >40 days)
is possible.....but, lag time in trading/closing, etc. will
be delayed/difficult at times.

3. most fluid process is to have open brokerage account in
country ie. Koffman just one option. Financial transactions
will be much more fluid & sounds like much less frustrating.

NOTE: If anyone has different facts/opinion...please post >>>>
but, let's keep it clean :)

Bro. Mark,

The 40 day restriction would be imposed if you bought SA shares through a US brokerage. All brokerage done with and through Koffman would be executed on a real time basis from the date the Pre-IPO shares are offered.

As I noted in a previous message...we got a teensy bit of an advantage in dealing with a broker that is "married" to Hartcourt.

I think I have it straight...(three things happen to you when you get old...the first thing to go is the memory and I forget what the other two things are).

God Bless ya,

Andy
