A couple of months? REALLY? Are we speaking about government entities here? I checked my calendar and lo and behold it appears Q4 has already begun!

I guess I am confused. I thought government contracts always got pushed through easily during this time of the year...

Since there is no mention of any entity outside of the DOD and US Government... Does that confirm there are other possibilities that may exist outside of our boarders?
