3.5 to 4 billion, but why bother with those pesky facts?

Agree, it appears that CACi is attempting to ENTER the nonlethal weapons market by this relationship with LEI. ADS appears to BE the market for nonlethal weapons and they have BEM and several other competing technologies, but not LEI? Could it be that they took a look and passed? It appears that they are technology and vendor agnostic (go ahead and look that one up if it helps), which tells me if LEi had a viable platform they would add it to the 3000 products they sell to the US government.

And why do people on this board close almost every post with "end of story"? What exactly is the end of the story? In my book the end of story would be a documented mega sale of the LEi product. Maybe a General standing on a podium crediting the dazer with single handedly ending hostilities in the Middle East. Great end of story!

Maybe it should be "end of chapter"? Seems more appropriate unless the story really is over; in that case the story ended with a potentially promising technology never being produced or sold due to a potentially corrupt and likely ineffectual CEO.

Here's my end of chapter for the night: there will be zero announcements of federal or DOD sales of the laser dazer from CACi before Christmas. Take that to the bank.
