diode31, Not being able to pass the state bar is NOT a feather in your cap. Law school graduates get a J.D. behind their names, but that doesn't mean they actually know how to apply a damned thing they learned from law school in the real world. Application of knowledge in theory is nothing like application of knowledge in FACT.

The only judge that got "swaped out" is the magistrate, as he was privy to settlement communications. The trial judge is Jackson, and even though he retired the end of September, he's still the trial judge. They didn't get the trial judge "swaped out," and they didn't get the magistrate "swaped out" either. The magistrate that presided over the settlement conference HAD to be "swaped out" because it would be improper for him to make any further rulings on the case, not because of a damned thing having to do with GOOG.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it.

Dude...if you think the case is so bad - buy some put options, sit back, and make some easy cash. You stated your opinion, why not leave it at that? This is America, we have laws and people obey laws here, not the same like where I was originally came from, you went to law school!? you cant bribe$ your ways out of troubles , that's illegal, you knows (still you didnt want to believed) that Vringo is ahead of this case by a miles, only they options now is negotiating for a lower payments possible for settlement or buyout, or going to trial that's already set for Oct. 16th.

Why are u posting stuff like this. This was your explanation of why the judges were swaped .

Excellent point since the presiding judge Raymond Jackson has ruled in VRINGOS favor almost everytime ever since Markman ruling and hearing....you just gave a great reason why things are set up wonderfully for Vringo heading in the trial. Judge appears to favor Vringo constantly and you reminded us about this. Good post by you a little too pumpie for me but heck a bullish post for Vringo is always welcome.
