diode31, Not being able to pass the state bar is NOT a feather in your cap. Law school graduates get a J.D. behind their names, but that doesn't mean they actually know how to apply a damned thing they learned from law school in the real world. Application of knowledge in theory is nothing like application of knowledge in FACT.

The only judge that got "swaped out" is the magistrate, as he was privy to settlement communications. The trial judge is Jackson, and even though he retired the end of September, he's still the trial judge. They didn't get the trial judge "swaped out," and they didn't get the magistrate "swaped out" either. The magistrate that presided over the settlement conference HAD to be "swaped out" because it would be improper for him to make any further rulings on the case, not because of a damned thing having to do with GOOG.

Put that in your pipe and smoke it.
