NASDAQ listing is more distant than ever. Significant new acquisitions have failed to materialize. As noted SEC lawsuit is over with HRCT having lost "summary judgement" ( i.e.a slam dunk for the SEC prosecution). More progress like this and your stock cerificates can double as wall paper.
